We’re excited to announce the next step in our Digital Transformation journey to empower our employees and unlock the value of growing data. This collaboration aims to provide colleagues with essential data & AI skills - focusing on building confidence to allow you to apply these skills practically in your role. These programmes are available to all roles and no prior experience is required. Data & Insights for Business Decisions
Execute on data-driven initiatives to unlock the power of data storytelling and make data-informed decisions in your role at NHS Barts.
- This basic data literacy course is fundamental for those that lack the confidence to manipulate or interrogate a data set (report, customer insight / data, excel sheet, dashboard.)
- This programme will minimise the requirement to rely on central data functions and align a narrative to a data set, underpinned by fact, this programme will teach you the storytelling skills you need.
AI for Business Value
This programme is for team members looking to lead AI projects and initiatives within their team, blazing the trail for AI adoption at NHS Barts.
- This programme is for leaders or team members who are looking to find innovative solutions to processes that are inefficient, arduous or manual.
- You’ll be in a position to understand the challenge, design a solution, ideally implement an AI solution (although not essential), and then evaluate the success or impact of that solution, and its wider impact if rolled out across the business.
Business Transformation Fellowship
This programme is specifically for those at NHS Barts who are looking to deliver strategic initiatives with an agile mindset and drive change in an evolving digital workplace.
- Learn the skills, tools and frameworks to drive business value from day-to-day initiatives to major transformations.
- Opportunity to build out a comprehensive business plan for a strategic initiative that provides real value to NHS Barts.
