AI for Business Value
This programme is for Sheffield City Council team members looking to lead AI projects and initiatives within their team, blazing the trail for AI adoption at SCC.
- This programme is for leaders or team members who are looking to find innovative solutions to processes that are inefficient, arduous or manual.
- You will be equipped to understand the challenge, design a solution, ideally implement an AI solution and then evaluate the success or impact of that solution and its wider impact if rolled out across the business.
Data & Insights for Business Decisions
Execute on data-driven initiatives to unlock the power of data storytelling and make data-informed decisions in your role at Sheffield City Council.
- Improve your productivity by using data tools and reduce time spent on manual data analysis through automation
- Reduce reliance on analytics teams by building analytics and dashboards in a way that drives impact across the organisation
- Evolve with Sheffield City Council by accelerating business decision making through better data interpretation
Data Fellowship
This programme is for those looking to build data analytics capabilities. Work with large data sets to unlock business insights to drive change and improvement in-line with the Future Sheffield Programme.
- Learn how to leverage the full depth of insights or data tools available to you.
- Become a confident data analyst who can turn raw data into meaningful insights to act on
- Leverage advanced tools to conduct deeper analysis and build a personal portfolio.

The Multiverse solution
