- This course empowers those in business-focused roles to confidently manipulate and interrogate data sets, including reports, customer insights, Excel sheets, and dashboards, reducing reliance on central data teams

- A fundamental programme designed to boost your ability to understand and use data effectively, equipping you with the tools to excel in Skanska.
Data Fellowship
This programme is for those looking to build data analytics capabilities. Work with large data sets to unlock business insights to drive your career forward at Skanska.
- This is a technical programme that specialises in PowerBI, teaching you how to create dashboards that drive the most value for stakeholders.
- You will learn the soft skills needed to ask the right questions to help you decide how to create dashboards that will provide the most value and impact.
- The programme will touch on SQL and will teach you how you can continue to drive value through data. This programme is designed for those who either work in data regularly or have ambitions to.
AI for Business Value
This programme is for Skanska team members looking to lead AI projects and initiatives within their team, blazing the trail for AI adoption at Skanska.
- This programme is for leaders or team members who are looking to find innovative solutions to processes that are inefficient, arduous or manual.
- You will be equipped to understand the challenge, design a solution, ideally implement an AI solution and then evaluate the success or impact of that solution and its wider impact if rolled out across the business.
