Multiverse iPad Prize Draw

We are hosting a contest for all eligible applicants to our Upskiller programme.

If you are eligible and you complete an Upskiller application by 5pm 7th June 2024, you acknowledge and accept that you will be automatically entered into the contest by us.

You hereby agree to any rules in respect of the contest which are set out in this Agreement and/or are notified to you separately in writing.

The contest is free and no purchase is required by you to enter.

The contest is open to any Upskiller applicant who is a UK resident and aged 18 or over and meets any other specific eligibility criteria as determined by us.

You confirm you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to ask you to provide proof that you are eligible for the contest if required.

The contest will run from 9am 31st May 2024 to 5pm 7th June 2024, for a total duration of 1 week (Contest Period).

After the Contest Period, we will select a winner at random from the pool of eligible contest participants, and the prize is an iPad.

There will be a total of 5 iPads to be won during the contest period.

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.

A winner will be selected each week via a random draw and there is no judging criteria for the contest.

Each eligible participant is allowed one entry during the Contest Period, corresponding to the week when they completed their Upskiller application.

The selection of any winner by us is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.

Winners of the contest will be notified by email that they have won on a Monday following the selection. Winners must respond to us by email within 48 hours to claim their prize. In the event we receive no response from any winner within the stipulated period, a new winner will be selected by us from the pool of eligible participants.

You hereby grant to us a non-exclusive and royalty free licence in perpetuity to use the intellectual property rights in any content submitted by you as part of the contest, for our use and distribution without restriction.

Any personal information that participants provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy clarifies what personal information we collect from you, the reasons, and methods for collecting, storing, and using such information, along with how such information is shared. The policy also explains your rights pertaining to your personal information and provides details on how to get in touch with us and supervisory authorities if there are any queries or complaints about our use or handling of personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, along with our subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or losses of any kind, associated with your participation in the contest, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages.

By participating in the contest, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the nature of the contest, and that you are aware of the risks involved in participating in the contest. Participants hereby waive, release, and discharge us from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of their participation in the contest, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all harm, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the contest.

We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate the Agreement at any time and for any reason without notice to you.
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the contest at any time and for any reason without notice to you.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when executed shall constitute a duplicate original, but all the counterparts shall together constitute the one Agreement.

Unless it expressly states otherwise, this Agreement does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement.

Each Party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims)
