What is a Multiverse Coach?
Coaching and mentoring
As a Coach, you will be coaching and mentoring 40-60 learners through their apprenticeship, introducing them to technical skills specific to their programme, but also softer skills to help them navigate through the working world.
Training apprentices
You'll be analysing your apprentices' progress, assessing and giving feedback on apprentice work, having team meetings, receiving coach training, and some coffee catch-ups in between.
Developing your own experience
At Multiverse, we are passionate about continuous learning and development. We have a unique culture that combines feedback and trust, enabling you to learn from the talented people around you while having the autonomy to try new things.
What does a typical month look like for a Coach?
50% facilitation
Where you will deliver our inspirational content to groups of your apprentices.
30% 1 to 1s
A time to really get to know your apprentices' challenges and goals so that you can help them succeed.
20% auxiliary tasks
You may be analysing your apprentices' progress, giving feedback on their work, or having team meetings.
