The world of work is changing at a rapid pace, with technology and digital transformation redefining how businesses provide value to customers. To remain competitive in this ever evolving landscape, organisations must take a more agile approach. Yet the reality most teams face is that individuals aren’t equipped with the skills they need to manage projects and drive change in the modern workplace. The Business Transformation Fellowship is here to help employers address this challenge head on.
Over 13 months, Multiverse equips apprentices with the skills, tools, and frameworks to drive business value, from day-to-day initiatives to major transformations. The programme covers key competencies that are most relevant to doing business in the digital age, including defining business objectives, exploring opportunities for digital innovation, adopting agile ways of working, and collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid workplace. Apprentices also have the opportunity to build out a comprehensive business plan for a strategic initiative that provides real value to their company, leveraging best practices established throughout the programme.
Most qualifications have a difficulty level. There are 9 qualification levels. The higher the level, the more difficult the qualification is.
Who it's for
Ambitious business professionals who manage and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
To apply you'll need
- To have the right to work in the UK
- To have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
- At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- To have not previously studied the course content
- To not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
- To be able to apply your learning to your role
- Business Analyst Level 4 Standard
