New York-based Aravindakshan will be responsible for ensuring Multiverse continues to scale with both apprentices and customers, as it delivers outstanding training across the country.
She brings with her an unrivaled experience across the commercial, nonprofit and government sectors. Aravindakshan joins the organization from Sprinklr where, as a Vice President, she led important cross functional initiatives to drive revenue growth and employee productivity through business optimization, digital transformation, and strategic alignment.
Aravindakshan is the author of "Skills: The Common Denominator(opens new window)" and has an extensive track record delivering impact in mission driven organizations – whether at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, or as Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer at the Government of the District of Columbia. She is a sought-after thought leader on digital transformation and the future of work, as the recipient of Constellation Research’s Supernova Award in the Future of Work and a Business Transformation 150 honoree.
