The AI Productivity and Workflows programme is designed for mid-level professionals who are relatively new to Generative AI but are already operating in organisations with access to advanced tooling environments, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, or Claude Team. By building essential AI foundations, the programme enables participants to develop everyday agentic workflows and drive productivity using the tools their organisation already has in place.
