These terms explain how we handle information provided through our pre-apprenticeship products and services — including diagnostic tools, skills assessments, and any other Multiverse products you use before signing up to an apprenticeship programme (together, the “Services”). By using any of these Services, you’re agreeing to what’s set out here.
Our pre-apprenticeship tools help us understand your organisation’s skills gaps, capability needs, and priorities. We want to be clear about how information provided through these Services is used, protected, and what we’ll never do with it — and we’re committed to treating it with the level of care it deserves.
Personal data (like names and email addresses) is handled separately under our Privacy Policy.
If you sign a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) with us for apprenticeship services, that agreement governs those services from that point — but these terms still apply to data collected through our pre-apprenticeship Services before or alongside it.
We use information provided through the Services to:
By using the Services, you give us permission to use information provided for all of the purposes above. Where that use is for benchmarking, product improvement, or strategic purposes, we do so only in aggregated or de-identified form — meaning it cannot be traced back to your organisation.
When using the Services, please don’t:
Information provided through the Services is treated as confidential. We restrict internal access to authorised personnel only, and handle it with the standard of care you would expect from a trusted partner.
Some of our pre-apprenticeship tools use AI-assisted technology to generate insights and recommendations.
Our products and Services — including all the software, models, and frameworks behind them — belong to Multiverse. The underlying business information you provide stays yours. The insights, outputs, and analyses we generate through the Services are ours.
We retain business data collected through the Services for a reasonable period after your last use, in line with our internal retention schedule.
The Services are provided for evaluation purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we can’t guarantee that every output will be complete or error-free. Nothing produced through the Services constitutes legal, financial, or regulated education advice.
We may update, pause, or discontinue any of the Services at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you’re accepting the revised terms.
We may rebrand or rename any of our products from time to time. If we do, these terms still apply — a name change doesn’t change how we handle your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
